This website is operated by Manuka Egypt. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Manuka Egypt. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or product availability at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and InstaPay. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You confirm that all information you provide (name, address, phone) is accurate.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to all Egyptian governorates within 3–5 business days. Shipping is a flat EGP 100 and FREE on orders over EGP 5,000. For full details see our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, provided the product is unopened with the seal intact. See our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Product Use & Health Disclaimer

Our products (honey, supplements, vitamins) are food/dietary products, not medicines. Information provided is for general purposes and is not medical advice. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication.

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Manuka Egypt and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
